Illumination Works for Industrial Racking

Project Overview

Forgedcore installed a fully automated LED lighting system for an industrial warehouse racking facility. The solution includes energy-efficient LED fixtures mounted along the racking aisles, motion and occupancy controls, and scheduled timers that automatically switch off lighting when areas are not in use.

We also built a custom lighting automation panel for centralized zone control, timing, and sensor integration, giving warehouse managers a simple way to optimize illumination and energy use.

This project was designed to improve workplace safety and visibility while lowering electricity consumption and operating costs. The lighting design supports high-bay clearance, reduces glare, and provides consistent illumination across long storage aisles.
