Project Overview
Forgedcore installed a fully automated LED lighting system for an industrial warehouse racking facility in Accra. The solution includes energy-efficient LED fixtures mounted along the racking aisles, motion and occupancy controls, and scheduled timers that automatically switch off lighting when areas are not in use.
We engineered and assembled a custom lighting automation control panel for centralized zone management, timing relays, and sensor integration, providing facility managers with an intuitive, reliable way to optimize lux levels and lower power tariffs.
This project was designed to improve workplace safety and picking accuracy while drastically lowering electricity consumption. The optical layout supports high-bay clearance, minimizes direct glare, and delivers uniform vertical illumination across all storage tiers.

Forgedcore custom-engineered, wired, and commissioned the centralized industrial lighting control panel on site. The enclosure coordinates multi-zone automated switching, timer scheduling, active fan ventilation, and circuit protection.
